DEW Conference Ticket Transfer
Please use this form to submit a request to transfer your paid registration to another individual.
Important Information:
Conference tickets are non-refundable.
Ticket transfers are permitted one time only.
All transfer requests must be submitted no later than July 5, 2026.
The original purchaser is responsible for ensuring all information submitted is accurate.
Once the transfer is processed, the ticket will be issued in the new attendee’s name and cannot be changed again.

Incomplete forms or submissions received after the deadline of July 5, 2026 will be processed at the discretion of the conference host.
